This book is a self help book for leading a healthy and peaceful life.
It talks about the Integrative medicine.

"Integrative medicine" is a medical practice that is concerned with offering a treatment that treats not just the disease but rather the patient as a whole.

This book focuses on the four pillars of our good health: Food, exercise, sleep and stress management. 
    It shows the facts and presents different solution on becoming healthy ,focused and calm.

The book is very practical in its approach and quite motivating. This book is going to help you cultivate new changes in you and make you achieve your impossible goals.

The most important part I learned from this book is about meditation. Meditation is the key to healthy body, sound mind and peaceful environment. 
And the unique part of this book is it doesnot state Stress is a problem(unlike other books)
The author took great effort to explain stress.
He writes Stess is our friend,it is the powerhouse of our life.
Stress is necessary for us to perform at our best, but knowing how to run the stress with brakes is important. 
Read the book and find out what are those breaks and make stress your good friend.
