The mix of reality and the fantasy of human birds was really interesting and the characters are well developed. Oliver, a great horned owl, who wants to be a human but unfortunately his fate has some other plans for him. On the other hand, a cursed woman in the human world is fighting her own battles who has a deep connection with Oliver surrounded by dark secrets. But a cursed woman has a connection with an owl who wants to be a human, is it even possible? To know the answer you have to read the book.
